Firebolt, you clearly enjoyed making this song WAY to much :)
The cheese is immense. AND LOL at a 8 BIT breakdown. That made me laugh so freaking much! So thats what your up to these days!!

Dunno what you mean by 8bit breakdown though. Since anything isn';t 8bit at all. I used a cheap low pass and highpass filter for the ehh filtered parts. And all the synths are 3xosc. I just tried making them like the oldkool synths. :D Slidey synths and that chord thing.
Anyhow, we should catch up get on MSN >: l

Just had this on loop for like 15 minutes, and havent got bored of it!
Cant really flaw it :) Excellent, nice sounds, good driving work. I like the acid touch at the beginiing, plkaying that bassy sorta sound :)

MAjor mixing needed!

Dont compress the master, makes everything too loud and distorted! Levels badly need fixxing up! Sound good otherwise - i like the touch of the piano, and the long echoey reverb on it! Thats awesome :) If this was properly mastered i would download :)

Fix and ill be happy!

This is the shit!

Starts of kinda metal - then flows into a general rock song, with the chords and rhythm part, and what sounds like a improvised solo through the song. One thing i have to say that is strong is the mix quality, sounds really well mastered, and the drums are really good :)

Sounds good so far :) Very 'pop' would really say metal... If added vocals would be nice!! From my experience of bands this is pretty neat, but doesnt really have a hook/catch to get people to remember it! and a solo would be nice!

Nice intro..

Really cool intro sounds... waiting for it to build up - then it goes straight into the next bit - i dont think it flows that well... I like the sounds that come in at 28 seconds, but then it seems to get a little bit cramped? i think? I think the kick is a long sample, and the fuzz from the kick is sounding a bit wierd or it may be the bass.... the bassline in my opinion doesnt seem to fit it, more a jumpier bass, short and sweet would suit better!
Also i like the sort of christmassy feel to it with the key you used!
One thing i dont like is the keychange? I think that doesnt flow and work as well :/ If it could flow into it better i suppose it would work.
Also it seems as if there are some flat/sharp notes off the main key - this doesnt work... it just clashes.
But i actually love the style you've tried here. :) And its really cool! I actually like it!
so 9/10 :)
