The piano is good, in regards to the melody that it plays, but the actual sound of the piano sounds a bit poor, and housey?
Yeah, as shadowof nothing has said, the drums dont really catch you.
Potential - yes.
But not quite complete in my opinion.

I really like this song.
The guitar and the pads work really well together!
So relaxing, yet kinda sad at same time!
Not sure if you should do more work to this or not.
But generally an amazing feel to this!
